1st story
Kisah nyer bermula cam nie...jeng..jeng....jeng....sy memang ada hati...huk! huk! huk!(bunyi batuk2 kecil sy yg tak baik2 coz bler dah trasa nak baik jer, sy minum ais...)...so, sampai skarang dah 1 month stil ltak baik2 lagi...Korang tau tak?! (mesti la korang tak tau coz sy baru jer nak citer nie...lalala) yg saya gie nengok Tokyo Marathon 2008, sesorang!...muahahah...jauh sgt perjalanan by train dr Urawa (masa tu sy ada training 2 months kat JF)...ker Odaiba, Tokyo Bay dalam cuaca sejuk bangat, masa tu klu tak silap bulan Feb-Mac 2008...nie semua gara2 ter-influence news kat TV ler, dorang buat entry The Amatur yg semangat nak join Tokyo Marathon, arie2 prektis lari kat kampung halaman pakcik nie. Korang tau betapa teruk nyer running during winter suhu nearly zero, mulut berasap, hidung berair, sejuk tahap gaban and pakcik nie still bersemangat waja...so, sy yg watched this story pon bersemangat waja gak, nak "join" Tokyo Marathon nie...so, on that day sy bangun pepagi, ambik train ke Tokyo (sib baik , Tokyo nyer subway n train right in my finger tip jer..)..lagipon this area sy dah pernah pegi yahoo2 suatu masa dahulu...
So, dalam kesejukan...bukan sejuk jer...hujan la plak...4 season country klu ujan dizzling sepanjang hari bukan nyer shower for 1,2 hours...so, sy pon joined the crowds, dalam sejuk nengok org lariks. Actually, 10% are proffesional marathon runners (mean dorang train night n day for marathon, lari utk dapat ganjaran, medals, sponsorship etc)...yg selebih nyer, amatur runners cam sy dan anda pembaca sekelian...chewah! The "wow factor" is ramai org biasa2 macam sy dan anda sekelian...the didn't look fit cam mereka2 yg join gym...hehehe...so, dr pemerhatian sy ini, sy pon membuat pentaakulan hanya ada 3 steps jer...
1st : wanna to do it
2nd : just do it
3rd : finished until the finishing line
Yup! you going slow, you going fast, you walk, you run, you jog, u nak merangkak ker...u need to finish your run...penonton, supporters (termasuk sy la nie)...akan cheer you up!, cakap dalam hati...."cayalah pakcik/makcik/budak nie...bleh larikz for marathon!". so, sy pon bersemangat juga lak...abis event, balik urawa, sambung tdo coz letih jalan jauh, berdiri dalam cuaca sejuk dan badan pon trasa cam nak demam...
Then, masa pon berlalu pergi...hanya tinggal kenangan and sy tak start2 melariks-kan diri...huhuhu
2nd Story
Ekiden Run 2008- me, my bestie, anak dia buah dia 3 org...kami masuk Ekiden kar Putrajaya...lariks 3km jer sorang...tp since tak prektis...pancit jugak la nak menghabiskan route 3km tu...but, it was fun! abis jer lepak2 ...gie makan kat mamak...balik tergolek depan TV...muahah...keesokan hari nyer, seminggu sakit satu badan...huhuhu...the best thing is when reaching the finishing line....

3rd Story
tak tau ler 2009 sy cam inactive la plak...tak g kaigairyoko, tak join ekiden...coz tak der gang nak ber-lari-an...nothing much, sy still morning walk kat TBJ pepagi on weekends jer la...
2010, ada gang kembali, ajak students masuk dalam group sy, so joined Ekiden 2010...masa nie dah ada kuasa veto ler sket ajak gakusei join...Unfortunately, sy salah pilih turn lari...dalam kol 10 pagi sy berlari 3.35km dibawah terik mentari kat putrajaya, sy dapat route berbukit...pancit lagi....muahaha...
p.s: saper yg nak join ekiden jgn jd 4th runner...1st runner korang glamour sket coz ramai photographers nak click2 muka korang...hehehe...last runner (5th), make grup korang bukan the last...klu tak malu jer. tak der org nak cheer up korang coz semua org dah packing barang nak blah..ngeh3
4th story
What was inspired me is one article in Women Weekly, "I lost 30kg ...when he broke up with me..."hmmm....30kg?! I'll be like skeleton...huhuhu...I've no weight problem right now, except a baby fat here n there...lemak2 tepu yg degil itu...statement paling klakar (masa tu x klakar la..tp biler pikiq2 balik trasa kalakar plak biler my fren yg getting overweight comment that I am too slim cam aneroxia....klakar kan biler org divert kelemahan diri dengan give bad comment to others people to cover herself yg semakin membesar itu, dia bagi reason yg org sekeliling beliau yg semakin mengecil.....hello! what a problem of being slim babe!)...ok back to the story again....but i like this story when tis kakak divert her saddness of breakon heart with execersize...maybe dia overweight (85kg) before...so, reduce 30kg to her ideal weight was ok...she join gym, take care of herself, running for 10km marathon...Wow! If tis sis can make her way to run for marathon, apalah sgt with me yg dah ala2 superhuman warrior nie kan...hahaha...I also can maaaa....
Yup! this year, sewaktu sy morning walk (morning walk lagi...biler masa nak start jogging nie...huhuuhu)...TBJ Runner Club, open registration for Bareno Run...Korang tau ker Bareno nie apa?! Ok, tak perlu malu nak mengaku yg korang memang tak tau coz sy pon tak tau pada mula nyer...Bareno nie company German yg buat metal kepala paip, bathtub, etc...cam tak glamour jer company nie pada korang coz kurang nyer knowledgement kat paler korang dan sy, sampai ler korang g German nanti mungkin korang akan mengenali company nie...and New Balance ( I lurve NB)...yup! sy tau New balance coz my one n only running shoes is NB...kasut kesayangan sy yg telah dicurik bebudak kg last 12 years also NB (sampai skarang sy x maafkan pencuri kasut kesayangku itu...)...So, sy pon ambik borang, the next week bawak duit RM20 g registered sesorang...Yeah! tis year I want to do sumthing new! maximized my stamina..buat menda yg mencabar minda, jiwa dan raga...muahaha...i wanna be SuperHuman Warrior!!! Luckily, sy jumpa member yg sealiran, and dia pon sudi utk join the club...dan sy sanggup g hantar registeration form utk dia ker NB store yg jauuuhhh dia AEON Bukit Tinggi...hantar registration form nie pon dah kira "half of the battle" tau!
Since, sy nak jog pon tak larat, sy just registered 5km...hehehehe...no prektis, main terjah jer....adakah anda tau yg every exercise to become athelete need a good coach n disiplin....no disiplin...no result! mean no bermalas2-an, no tangguh2...klu tak caya sila interview datuk Lee Chon Wei or Datuk Nicole David....But "i'm exceptional case" kata sy dalam hati...sy nak buat apa2 yg sy nak buat...even without proper preparation...I Just Do It (errrr...bleh tak sy jd model Nike...hehehe)...I know I can Do It...I'm SuperHuman Warrior! gachan! gachan! jump here, dive there....
But, it turned up a great things...kami datang lewat even early in the morning around 6am...parking Stadium Bukit Jalil penuh...everybody bz ke hulu ke hilir...so, got nervous tak tau mana nak gie...I rushed for my morning prayer, back to my car...sarungbib (owh! I lurve the red bib, body hugging even size L..ngeh3) and joined the crowds...Kami main ikut2 org jer...rupa nyer kami dah salah join group 10km...muahahah...dah separuh jalan rasa cam lain jer route nie...hmmm..klu lariks for 10km, n i make it! what! a SuperHuman Warrior I am...lalala. Tp separuh jalan the pembawa red flag panggil ....5km there! turn back tu stadium...so, sy lariks 5km only, ikut different route yg x payah mendaki bukit (original route kena daki bukit TPM)....muahaha...choooo lucky!
Biler semua org dah penuh berkerumun kat starting line, kiter org pon mencelah2 la kat tepi, then dalam terpinga2 biler nak start, semua org lari, kami pon kena lari la...klu dah mahu dirempuh pelari2 negara tu...I just fixed to my mind "gurl..jgn jalan dolu, coz once u dah stop n start jalan...lepas tu memang maleh nak lariks dah...' So, sy pon lari jer la...bukan nyer pecut pon...just slow jog, then, sorang mamat over weight overtake sy..haii..tak ker tercabar minda biler mamat nie potong sy...sabar...sabar....dalam grup nie, korang akan jumpa ramai runners yg out of shape...the run with their lurve one, bros, sis, spouse...owh! lupa nak citer yg my fren dah pecut ngan bebudak sekolah rendah kat depan...so, everybody joined this marathon bukan nak menang cam pelari2 afrika (kesian gak kat dorang, kat afrika sana tak der keja, so jd pelari jer la bleh create inform), but to achieve their personal achievement...sy x rasa mamat nie akan in shape after lari, but he still do it....mmg tercabar biler badan besaq2 nie jog2 katTBJ, I just walk2....huhuhu...but I tabik spring kat dorang thery have stamina...
sambil lari, pandang org sebelah...nengok kat no. 10km....errrr....alamak! salah masuk grup ler plak...tp takkan nak patah balik cari grup 5km kan...so, teruskan jer la...nie dah extra super klu dapat finih 10 km...tp biler sampai area stadium penjawa red flag dah panggil2, 5km there! come here! masuk stadium...lalala...so, happy even trasa cam ada energy nak larikz lagi....heheheh
